Another year passed by and it is time to announce our upcoming cultural event.
You are cordially invited to our next concert “For the Love of Music”
on Saturday, October 26, 2019, at 7.30 pm
in Immanuel Baptist Church in Vancouver
(the same venue as previous concerts).
It is my pleasure to bring to you an amazing program of music that was inspired by great composers and is performed by musicians who share their love for it.
The concert will feature very promising young Canadian violinist, Royce Rich, who at the age of 20 has already impressive international exposure. It will be a wonderful opportunity to hear one of Beethoven’s greatest violin and piano sonatas, since in 2020 we will celebrate the master’s 250th birthday.
Also, more rare, but equally enjoyable, is the collection of Brahms Liebeslieder Waltzes-Love Song Waltzes for Vocal Quartet and Piano Duet performed by singers of VOA Chorus and pianist Winfried Rompf and Tanya Tyuleneva.
It will be another unforgettable night filled with celestial music and a great artistic performance. I have no doubt it will satisfy every lover of the classical music.
